Statue of Ambedkar in Telangana

The Telangana government recently installed a 125 foot tall statue of Babasaheb Ambedkar ji, which has become viral on social media. While the sculpture is impressive and draws attention from afar, questions arise about why the government felt the need to install it. Many people have heard that Chief Minister K Chandra Shekhar Rao is superstitious and hypocritical, to the point of changing his expensive car after a crow sat on it as an omen.

When such people start erecting huge idols like Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, we need to be cautious rather than happy. As Prime Minister Narendra Modi once said, the Constitution of our country is the biggest religious scripture. Similarly, K Chandra Shekhar Rao is afraid of Bahujan Samaj Party leader and former IPS officer RS Parveen Kumar, who is going door-to-door for political change in Telangana. Despite not being seen in traditional media for a long time, his work is still speaking. RS Parveen Kumar is the only state BSP leader in the entire country who is working very hard. He has no pride, despite being an IPS officer, and is not ashamed to stand in a queue with colleagues to get food while stopping somewhere. RS Parveen Sahib has completely strengthened his party BSP with his hard work, and greedy politicians see a threat in this wave of change in Telangana.

To stop its flow and to convert the devotion of the Dalit community towards Babasaheb Ambedkar into their vote bank, the Chandra Shekhar Rao government has installed a statue of Babasaheb Ambedkar ji. Such efforts always occur when the Dalit community is firmly engaged in building its own identity. Congress used Jagjeevan Ram to stop Babasaheb Ambedkar, and after that, many Jagjeevan Rams have come and gone playing their roles. Ram Vilas Paswan, Udit Raj, Ramdas Athavale, Sushil Kumar Shinde, Madho Singh Solanki, and Charanjit Singh Channi all fall into this category. All of them preferred to be the enemy's ax squad to stop our movement, and our own society was cut with that axe.

These people are not even from Kuske, but when they are used, no one questions them later. This has happened to everyone. Today, we see that even Channi's party is not doing anything to save him from a corruption case. Other Chief Ministers have also been involved in corruption, but they held their community together, so no one dared to go against them for fear of losing their society's votes. People like Channi did not care about their society, so the society is also not with them. Even those who are axed by the enemy should think that our opponents are only baiting them to block our movement. When our arch-enemies also celebrate the birthdays of our leaders and erect huge idols of them, it is not out of devotion to our great men but to trap us cleverly.

Unforgiving people fall for their scams. Those who mislead us by erecting idols of our great men or ordering pictures to be placed in offices only aim to gain power. After coming to power, the Punjab government, which ordered pictures to be installed in offices, may have forgotten Babasaheb Ambedkar's birthday.

Our society also needs power so that we can realize the dream of becoming the owner of this country and provide health, education, and employment to our society. But our opponents will never give us these things, so we should not deviate from our goal because of their dramas.
